The resolution highlights the need for state and local government agencies to ensure every student is provided with a proven literacy curriculum to get all students reading at grade level or better. Since its introduction, U.S. Representatives Debbie Dingell (MI-06), Jack Bergman (MI-01), and Hillary Scholten (MI-03) have also signed on as Cosponsors.”
